Projects designed for execution.

Explore the role I played, the decisions I made, the systems I built, and how success would be measured.

Experience behind the work

Built in real delivery environments.

My portfolio simulations are grounded in six-plus years of coordinating programs, systems, communications, and stakeholders across enterprise learning, recruiting operations, higher education, and entrepreneurship.

250+learning sessions coordinated annually
400–500employees supported in SuccessFactors

15%improvement in on-time program delivery
01

Program delivery

Translate goals into sequenced plans, operating rhythms, ownership, dependencies, and launch readiness.

02

Systems & governance

Create templates, workflows, controls, dashboards, and documentation that keep delivery consistent and visible.

03

Stakeholder partnership

Coordinate SMEs, leaders, operations partners, learners, and vendors around clear decisions and next actions.

Selected professional impact

Evidence from real delivery environments.

Enterprise learning delivery

Delta Air Lines

Coordinated 250+ learning sessions annually and supported a seven-month L365 redesign and relaunch, contributing to a 15% improvement in on-time delivery.

Executive reporting & workflow

Delta TechOps

Built a five-page resource site and Microsoft Forms intake process, produced Excel reporting for 30+ hiring managers, and prepared weekly executive updates.

Program scale & engagement

Georgia State University

Supported program growth from approximately 150 to 350 participants while improving engagement by 40% and response rates by 30%.

L&D project management system implementation

Designing a scalable Asana workspace that connects intake, delivery, ownership, risk, reporting, and adoption.

RoleProject Manager / Implementation Lead
Timeline14 workweeks
Team modeled10-person L&D team
ToolsAsana · Google Docs · Google Sheets

01 · Challenge & role

More than a tool configuration.

A fictional L&D team managed projects across email, spreadsheets, Teams, shared folders, and individual task lists. The challenge was to create a practical operating model, not simply a new task board.

As Project Manager / Implementation Lead, I translated that operating problem into scope, governance, a phased delivery plan, ownership, dependencies, risk controls, reporting, and workflow rules.

02 · Key decisions

Designed to stay readable as the work grows.

01

Separate delivery from governance

A linked RAID project keeps risk review focused without overcrowding the 76-item implementation plan.

02

Assign roles before people

Role-based ownership makes accountability clear while avoiding fictional individual assignments.

03

Use gated phases

Eight phases connect discovery, approvals, configuration, testing, launch, stabilization, and closeout.

04

Automate data discipline

Rules synchronize completion, flag overdue work, escalate blockers, and close resolved RAID records.

03 · Deliverables & evidence

A connected implementation-management system.

  • Project charter and requirements baseline
  • Stakeholder and RACI matrix
  • Work breakdown structure and 14-week plan
  • Nine approval, launch, and closeout milestones
  • 25-record RAID register with escalation paths
  • Leadership dashboards and workflow automations

04 · Outcome & measurement

An execution-ready baseline.

The completed simulation establishes the structure required to begin implementation: scope, sequencing, ownership, risk controls, reporting, and decision points are documented and connected.

Evidence standard

The baseline intentionally shows work as not started. No adoption or efficiency gains are presented as achieved results. A live implementation would track milestone completion, usage, data quality, blocker aging, training readiness, and stakeholder satisfaction.

01 · Challenge & role

A process problem, not simply a policy problem.

Recurring errors, including missing documentation, late submissions, incorrect categories, unclear approvals, and preventable exceptions, showed that employees needed decision support at the point of work.

I developed the end-to-end project structure, from needs analysis and stakeholder planning through course design, LMS configuration, rollout communications, manager reinforcement, quality assurance, and evaluation.

02 · Key decisions

Every performance gap drove a design choice.

01

Teach decisions, not policy text

Translate abstract rules into realistic documentation, category, approval, timing, and exception scenarios.

02

Plan adoption with the build

Connect SME review, LMS configuration, communications, manager reinforcement, and support routing.

03

Extend support beyond training

A four-part checklist gives employees a usable reference at the moment they submit an expense.

04

Measure beyond completion

Link learning data to documentation accuracy, category accuracy, late submissions, and exception patterns.

03 · Deliverables

A full lifecycle, built as one system.

  • Project brief and needs analysis
  • Learner persona
  • Stakeholder and SME consultation plan
  • Course storyboard and Rise 360 build
  • Expense-reporting quick reference guide
  • Rollout communication plan
  • Manager discussion guide
  • LMS implementation and launch plan
  • Accessibility and QA checklist
  • Evaluation plan and sample dashboard

Managing Competing Priorities

The PACT Framework for Frontline Leaders is a concise learning product designed for application, not just completion.

RoleInstructional Designer / Project Lead
AudienceFrontline leaders
ToolArticulate Rise 360
DeliverablesCourse · Feedback · Job aid

01 · Challenge & role

Turn urgency into a repeatable decision process.

I framed the performance need, structured the content, built the Rise 360 experience, designed practice and feedback, and created a quick-reference tool for transfer to the workplace.

02 · Key decisions

A deliberate path from recognition to action.

PProtectWhat has immediate consequences if ignored?
AAssessWho or what could be affected, and how significantly?
CConsiderWhat deadlines, resources, and alternatives exist?
TTake actionWhat needs to happen now, and who needs to know?
01

Chunk the framework

Introduce one criterion at a time before asking learners to apply all four.

02

Use plausible choices

Scenarios require judgment about impact and immediacy instead of spotting an obvious distractor.

03

Make feedback instructional

Every response explains the reasoning and redirects misconceptions.

04

Design for transfer

A concise job aid supports real decisions after the course is complete.

03 · Deliverables & evidence

One learning product, multiple reinforcement points.

  • Project brief and needs analysis
  • Learner persona and storyboard
  • Scenario-based Rise 360 course
  • Knowledge checks and targeted feedback
  • PACT Quick Guide
  • Evaluation plan

04 · Outcome

Designed for application, not just completion.

The experience moves learners through a clear sequence: understand the framework, reinforce the criteria, apply the decision process, explain the reasoning, and transfer the tool to work.
